Initial counselling session is free, if we find that we are a good fit for each other in the initial discussion, and we can help you, we charge our fee in two parts, the initial part is just a token (ranges between $500-$2000 depending upon case to case) and which provides us the certainty that you are serious about your career, and second part we only charge when you successfully reach your milestone as discussed in our initial discussion. The second part will be 5% of your total annual gross salary.

It usually depends upon the candidate, how dedicated he is towards the learning and practicing, how much effort you are able to put in your skill development. In average it takes somewhere from 4-6 months.
